<p>A compressor configured in such a manner that melting of an insulating member disposed in slots is suppressed. A compressor is configured in such a manner that a pipe (11) and a motor which is disposed within the pipe (11) are joined together by welding at welding positions (P1-P3). The motor is provided with: a core (71) having an annular back yoke section (75), tooth sections (76) projecting from the back yoke section (75) to the inner side in the radial direction (X-direction), and slots (77) formed between adjacent tooth sections (76); coils (72) disposed in the slots (77); and slot cells (73) disposed in the slots (77) and insulating between the coils (72) and the core (71). Airspaces (heat transfer blocking sections) (S1-S3) are respectively provided at portions corresponding to the welding positions (P1-P3) on the back yoke section (75).</p> |
