The folding bone (1) or pointed bone has an elongate holding section for gripping through the hand of a user. An end of the holding section is connected with flat peaks (2,3). The outer contour of the holding section is formed in a broadening manner in a grip area to be gripped by the hand. The grip area is opposite to the cross-section of the peaks. The length (L) of the grip area corresponds to the width of a hand of a user.
