PURPOSE: A non-excavation type device for inserting a reinforcing tube into a sewer pipe is provided to transfer a reinforcing tube smoothly with a small force into a sewer pipe. CONSTITUTION: According to a non-excavation type device for inserting a reinforcing tube into a sewer pipe, a reinforcing tube(20) impregnated with thermosetting resin are supplied to a sewer pipe(60). The reinforcing tube has a connection part formed by bending the front end more than one time. A connection wire(31) is installed in the connection part of the reinforcing tube to pull the reinforcing tube through a winch(30) or a winding reel. A transfer device(40) is installed in the connection part of the reinforcing tube and moves forth together with the reinforcing tube in the operation of the winch or the winding reel.
