<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work process management system that reliably confirms the location of a predetermined work every time each work is completed in a work process where a worker performs the predetermined work in a plurality of locations. <P>SOLUTION: An image pickup camera 3 is fixed at an upper position of the eyes of a worker P so as to include the work position of the worker in an image pickup screen when the worker P is in a posture to see the work position. When the worker P fastens a screw at the work position using a screw driver 2 and completes the work with a predetermined torque, a work completion signal is input from the torque driver 2 in a work management device 4, and the work management device 4 responds to the work completion signal and causes the image pickup camera 3 to image the work position to capture the picked up image. A master image storage part 43 records an image obtained in advance by the worker P who has worked in the same way as a master image.
