PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately and quickly obtaining a predicted stopping time of a train at a station based on statistical data. SOLUTION: When preparing data of stopping time, elemental information associated with the stopping time such as a line name, a station name, and a platform name, is held in the data. For the elemental data difficult to obtain, a value unavailable state is kept. At the stage of obtaining the stopping time at a station in the prediction about a train running according to a schedule, a stopping time corresponding to the elemental information satisfying the condition of the stopping time such as the time zone of the stopping time is obtained from the data by using the elemental information not in the value unavailable state, thereby obtaining the prediction value of the stopping time at the station from the data. If a plurality of corresponding data associated with the stopping time are available, values obtained by an arithmetic calculation, such as an average value or the maximum value, are used to obtain the prediction value of the stopping time.
