PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring tool capable of easily exactly carrying out the positioning and the adjustment of an attitude by separating the positioning of the boring tool to a wall surface from the adjustment of the attitude of the boring tool and performing the adjustment of the attitude of the boring tool after performing the positioning of the boring tool, and to provide a boring device for forming an opening of a wiring box. SOLUTION: The boring tool includes: an alignment part for carrying out alignment at a boring reference position of a wall material; and an engagement part engaged with the wall material to prevent the deflection of a boring blade when forming the through-hole. The alignment part is formed to project from the engagement part to enable alignment at the wall material earlier than at the engagement part.
