The device has a commercial vacuum pump (4) installed in a non-defined position and generating low-pressure in a vacuum chamber (2). Non-defined number of turbines (1) is directly installed against each other in a row and is attached to the vacuum chamber via the vacuum pump, where each turbine includes an outlet projecting into the vacuum chamber. A dosing device (5) defines volume of fluid (3) i.e. air, for discharging the fluid into the turbines. The fluid is conveyed into the vacuum chamber via the turbines, when the dosing device releases the fluid to flow into the turbines.
