PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide sheet mainly for use in an operation of various electronic equipment and a moving contact body using the sheet, wherein dispersion in a luminescent color is prevented, and uniform and various illumination is achieved. SOLUTION: In the light guide sheet, light reflected in light-emitting parts 2 is diffused in a diffusion layer 15 on an upper part by forming the diffusion layer 15 on an upper surface of a base material 1 above the plurality of light-emitting parts 2 having an irregular shape. Thus, projecting parts 2A of the light-emitting parts 2 become hard to be viewed, and illumination is performed by the diffused light. Accordingly, the light guide sheet 16 having no dispersion in a luminescent color and achieving uniform and various illumination and a moving contact body 19 using the sheet can be obtained.
