PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user operation assisting device of a vehicle that can guide a driver to activate a control system in an environment suitable for activating the control system. SOLUTION: The user operation assisting device of the vehicle includes a vehicle environment acquiring means for acquiring the vehicle environments, a determination means for determining whether the vehicle environments acquired by the vehicle environment acquiring means are suitable for activating a predetermined control system activated by user's operation, and an activating means for activating the predetermined control system. The device further includes a control means for activating the activating means when the vehicle environments are determined by the determination means to be suitable for activating the predetermined control system.
