The present invention relates to a solution for redistribution of terminals in a wireless communication network and in particular to a solution for handling attachments in the network. The solution provides re-distribution of user equipment, UE, connections between mobility management devices, MMD, by first transmitting UE connection information to a target MMD from source MMD, receiving new connection information from the target MMD in the source MMD, exchanging re-allocation messages between the source node and the user equipment, transferring from the source node new identification data to the UE, and re-establishing bearer connection.
