PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small image capturing lens of a wafer scale. SOLUTION: The small image capturing lens includes a first lens group 310 comprising a first substrate 306, a first surface 304 positioned at the first side of the first substrate, and a second surface 308 positioned at the second side of the first substrate, and a second lens group 318 comprising a second substrate 312, a third surface 314 positioned at the first side of the second substrate, and a fourth surface 316 positioned at the second side of the second substrate, the first surface to the fourth surface are aspherical faces, one-side faces of the first surface and the second surface, and one-side faces of the third surface and the fourth surface have high refractive indices Nd_h and high Abbe numbers Vd_h, other faces of the first surface and the second surface, and other faces of the third surface and the fourth surface have low refractive indices Nd_l and low Abbe numbers Vd_l, and conditions are satisfied as follows: the Nd_h, Vd_h, Nd_l and Vd_l satisfy prescribed conditions, one of the first surface and the second surfaces is a convex face, the other of the first surface and second surfaces is a concave face, one of the third surface and the fourth surfaces is a convex face, and the other of the third surface and fourth surfaces is a concave face.
