摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device, a driving method therefor and an electronic apparatus capable of performing a high quality display without causing optical leak, and to provide a switch which is small and applicable to wide range of devices and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device is constituted by sandwiching a liquid crystal layer 50 between a switching element substrate 10 and an opposite substrate 20, has a pixel electrode 35 and a switching element 41 connected to the pixel electrode 35 on the side of the liquid crystal layer of the switching element substrate 10, wherein the switching element 41 becomes the one which makes electrostatic force act between a fixed electrode and a movable electrode 22 to switch connection states between the movable electrode 22 and the pixel electrode 35.
