<p>The present invention relates to an injection device (22) having a compartment that is hinged relative to the device so as to receive a syringe (10) provided with a needle (18) protected by a protective cap (20) that is secured to the syringe, the compartment being capable of changing between a first open position for inserting and removing the syringe, and a second closed position for performing the injection. According to the invention, the device comprises a separation system intended to engage with the syringe cap so as to separate it from the syringe, the separation being reliant upon the transition of the compartment to the second position thereof. Further, the transition of the compartment from the second to the first position is reliant upon the securing of the cap.</p> |
