PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems for saving labor and increasing efficiency at a construction site, that efforts of performing allocation confirmation by applying a scale every time and also efforts of confirming the position of a reinforcement following it need to be eliminated, and that setting of a pitch becomes limited because of a form, which necessarily includes the loss of cost, while there are inconveniences in a low position, congestion in a narrow space, the vertical relationship of the reinforcements, handling of a long reinforcement, etc. if the work is performed after bottom-slab reinforcement and lower main reinforcement products are carried in and installed. SOLUTION: By arranging a projection position of the vertical reinforcement or the shearing reinforcement 2 which are projected from a precast product within the trowel surface, namely, by preventing the vertical reinforcement or the shearing reinforcing bar 2 from passing through a hole in the side plate of the form, the setting of the pitch or the like is made flexible, while having an advantage on calculation of bending moment which is determined in the center of the base. Furthermore, in order to assemble all of the bottom-slab reinforcements and the lower main reinforcements before the concrete foundation beam member is carried in and installed, a one-leg type, a cover-plate type, and a high-leg type are adopted as an abbreviated and simple steel leg which can squeeze through the bar arrangement pitch of the reinforcement.
