PURPOSE: A laminate film type one-way valve and a coffee bean packaging bag with the same are provided to be thin by thin films. CONSTITUTION: A laminate film type one-way valve includes the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer(3), a nonwoven layer(4), the first PED film layer(5) with an air through hole, an LLDPE film value plate(6), the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer(7), and the second PET film layer(8). An air through hole is exposed according as the nonwoven layer is adhered to the first PET film layer in the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The nonwoven layer is formed to cover the air through hole in the bottom of the first PED film layer with the air through hole. The first PET film layer is adhered to the second PET film layer by the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer with the air through hole.
