The holder has an inner profile (2) mounted against an outer profile (1), where the profiles are interconnected with each other and extended in an axial direction (10) between a mounting foot (2a) and an assembly head (5). An insulating profile (3) is arranged between the profiles. A screw includes a screw head (4c), an adjusting unit (4b) and an outer thread (4a) that are extended in axial direction through a part of the profiles. The screw is engaged into the adjusting unit such that length of the engagement of the inner profile is adjustable into the outer profile by rotating the screw.
