PURPOSE: A hydroxamate derivative, a producing method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing thereof are provided to use the derivative as a cure for inflammation disease, autoimmune disease, and malignant tumor. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a hydroxamate derivative marked with chemical formula I-2 comprises the following steps: forming a compound marked with chemical formula III by reacting a compound marked with chemical formula II with bromoaniline under the presence of inorganic salt; forming a compound marked with chemical formula VI by reacting the compound marked with the chemical formula III with 4-nitrophenyl chloroformate; Suzuki-reacting the compound marked with the chemical formula VI with boronic acid, for forming a compound marked with chemical formula VII; reacting the compound marked with the chemical formula VII with amine to form a compound marked with chemical formula VIII; and processing the outcome with hydroxide salt.
