<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination reception apparatus and an examination vehicle dispatch system having the same, improving a consultation rate in an inexpensive constitution by individually and highly maneuverably dispatching an examination vehicle to a desired place such as a personal residence and a practitioner's office at a desired time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a cellular phone of an applicant and a personal computer in a management side are connected via Internet, a CPU (Central Processing Unit) acquires a preferred date of an examination of the applicant, applicant's information such as a name and an address, and replies to a plurality of other question items such as the number of times of consultations preset for determining whether it is appropriate to receive the examination or not, a birth date and presence/absence of symptoms (steps S9 and S10), writes the acquired information in an application list, when determined that the applicant satisfies permission conditions for permitting to receive the examination based on the replies to the questions (steps S11 and S12), derives an estimated arrival time when an examination vehicle to be dispatched arrives based on searched map data (step S13) and notifies it to the applicant by an E-mail.
