PURPOSE: A buffer member for a trampoline is provided, which enables all people including man and woman to exercise with a fun. CONSTITUTION: A buffer member for a trampoline comprises: a buffer unit in which a small protrusion is formed in the upper surface of an upper plate and a protrusion for preventing torsion of the buffer spring is formed on the bottom surface of the upper plate and top surface of a lower plate; a stepped buffer spring(11) formed in the height direction from the upper surface of the lower plate of the buffer unit; a cylindrical unit capable of keeping balance and preventing torsion; and a hanging part of a loop shape.
