Provided is a method of disrupting cells or viruses and purifying nucleic acids on a single chip, the method including: irradiating a laser beam to a chip having a solid support onto which a cell lysis enhancing metal oxide and a cell or virus and nucleic acid binding metal oxide are sequentially deposited. By developing a chip in which cell enrichment, cell lysis, and nucleic acid purification can be carried out in a single chamber, integration of a Lab-On-a-Chip can be achieved, and the three processes can be performed on one chip so that the cost of manufacturing the chip can be reduced.
