PURPOSE: An artificial bio-ceramic pipe manufacturing method using Styrofoam is provided to guarantee an environment-friendly effect and facilitate the manufacture of spiral or snail-shaped pipes. CONSTITUTION: An artificial bio-ceramic pipe manufacturing method using Styrofoam comprises following steps. The Styrofoam model is formed identically with the pipe design. Artificial bioceramics are poured. When artificial bioceramics are hardened, Styrofoam is removed to manufacture a pipe. The artificial bioceramics bear high temperature over 600 degree and has the surface strength of 450~600.
