PURPOSE: A double roaster is provided to reduce the movement distance of oil by forming an oil exhaust hole between inclined first and second roasting plates. CONSTITUTION: A double roaster comprises first and second roasting plates(10,20), a control screw(30), and oil exhaust holes. A first roasting surface(12), an oil exhaust port(14), and a fastening unit(16) are formed in the first roasting plate. The air exhaust port discharges collected oil to the outside. The fastening unit is formed at the center of the first roasting plate. The second roasting plate comprises a second roasting surface(22) and a through hole. The control screw penetrates through the through hole of the second roasting plate. The oil exhaust holes are formed between the first and second roasting plates. |
