The long bar (1) has a drop screen (2) at its upper end, and along its length are signal units (5,7,9,11). It also has a brake disc or floating buoy (14) near its lower end, below which is a terminal assembly (15-17) which maintains it upright wherever it locates. The individual signal units (5,7,9,11) are releasably and exchangeably connected to each other via couplings (6,8,10,12)and the drop screen (2) is connected to them via a coupling (4). Also, the signal bar lower part with the brake disc or floating buoy (14) is connected to the signal units by means of a coupling (12). |
