PURPOSE: A flexible substrate, a photoelectric device, and an electronic device are provided to reduce power consumption in inspection electrode by outputting a signal to an inspection electrode when only inspection. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of wirings are arranged on a substrate(200) and a plurality of connection terminals(210,220) are arranged in the end part of the substrate. The plural connection terminals are respectively electrically connected with a plurality of wirings. An integrated circuit(250) is electrically connected at least part of the plural wirings. An inspection electrode(260) is electrically connected with the integrated circuit. The inspection electrode outputs a signal processed in the integrated circuit. |
