<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional building steel column-beam joint part manufactured through the steps of small assembly for manufacturing cubes by cutting a square steel pipe column for each story of a building, intermediate assembly for mounting H-steel beams on the cubes, and large assembly for mounting square steel pipes, but the manufacture is complicated and requires many man-hours, and moreover a diaphragm projects from the column to cause linear misalignment, embrittlement, internal space reduction, or the like of a diaphragm outer peripheral part due to a chevron-shaped bending phenomenon, thermal strain embrittlement, defective wall finish, or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An internal diaphragm and the square steel pipe column are slot-welded without cutting the square steel pipe column for each floor, and the H-steel beams are joined by welding at one multi-layer weld portion including the slot-welded part.
