<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a help information providing system, server apparatus, target device, mobile communication terminal, help information providing method, program and recording medium in which accurate help information corresponding to a status of the target device can be acquired. <P>SOLUTION: A target device, a server apparatus providing help information and a mobile communication terminal are connected over a network, the target device transmits a device ID and a status code to the server apparatus, and the mobile communication terminal extracts an image of a marker attached to the target device from captured image data captured by imaging the target device, acquires the device ID and a plane code of the target device form the marker image and transmits them to the server apparatus. Based on the device ID and the status code transmitted from the target device and the device ID and the plane code transmitted from the mobile communication terminal, the server apparatus transmits specific help information corresponding to the status of the target device to the mobile communication terminal, and the mobile communication terminal produces and displays help information providing image data by combined the transmitted help information with the captured image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
