PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development having improved lightfastness of a colorant compared to when metatitanic acid is used alone, and to provide an electrostatic charge image developer, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus using the toner.

SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises: toner mother particles including a binder resin containing a crystalline resin, a release agent and a colorant; and an external additive to the toner mother particles, including at least metatitanic acid and at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide and fluoropolymer particles, wherein the addition weight ratio of the metatitanic acid to the at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide and fluoropolymer particles is from 1:0.08 to 1:8.30.
