PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically change a network host so that a processing burden on each device including a network does not become excessive. SOLUTION: When a radio communication network includes a data processing device equipped with a short-distance radio communication circuit that carries out short-distance radio communication by periodically outputting beacon information for making itself recognized by others and receiving externally supplied beacon information, a function of, when participating in the short-distance radio communication network, dynamically changing and controlling the network host according to the result of recognition of the externally supplied beacon information is adopted to the short-distance radio communication circuit. Since information communication required for changing a network host is carried out using a beacon information recognition function essentially provided therein even for a system for radio communication networks in which attention is originally not focused on a network host function like UWB, it is possible to suppress increase in a processing burden on each device including the network as much as possible.
