PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit in which a shield cover is prevented from dropping off. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit unit includes: a circuit board 10 having a mounting surface 12 mounted with an electronic component; a cover 16 made of a metal plate, disposed on the mounting surface 12 so as to cover the electronic component and having an opening 28 at a position spaced from the mounting surface 12; a solder portion 22 for connecting the circuit board 10 to the cover 16; and a connecting portion 26 made of an adhesive and connecting the circuit board 10 to the cover 16 from the edge of the opening 28 over the mounting surface 12.
