<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration membrane, a water cleaning cartridge and a water treatment apparatus, capable of surely removing even impurities smaller than a pore. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By offsetting and laminating a plurality of flat membranes 1A-1D provided with the plurality of pores 3 for filtering raw water such that the adjacently arranged pores 3 are not overlapped with each other, even the impurities smaller than the pore are surely caught. Also, the filtration membrane is expanded and contracted in backwashing to efficiently remove the impurities deposited on the surfaces or pores of the plurality of flat membranes.
