The tube (R) has LED array (A) formed in shape of a rod-shaped fluorescent lamp. Two sets of pin contacts (K1, K2) are provided at corresponding ends of the tube for insertion into a lamp, where the lamp is comprised of a T-socket. One of the sets of pin contacts is bridged in its inner side and has no connection to the LED array. The other set of pin contacts is provided for voltage supply of the LED array. An independent claim is also included for a starter comprising two contact pins for insertion into a lamp. |
