The device has a disposable and replaceable safety-fiber-optic cable (6) whose one end is in optical connection with a light source i.e. LED (14), and a photosensor (16). The safety fiber-optic cable possesses characteristic to irreversibly change its optical conductivity between ends at certain temperature (Tlimit). The fiber-optic cable consists of thermochromic substance that changes its optical characteristic at certain temperature. The cable is mechanically prestressed for supporting irreversible change of optical conductivity. An independent claim is also included for an electrical connection comprising a heat conducting contact.
