METHOD FOR BUILDING NEW FACTORY USING DIGITAL FACTORY

PURPOSE: A method for building factory using a digital factory is provided to construct virtual digital factory according to a various scenarios, thereby gaining all kinds of information which is necessary for building a factory in advance. CONSTITUTION: A DB constructing unit(10) stores various human/physical factors which is necessary for virtual digital factory by using all kinds of materials and information. A data measurement units(12) measures and collect data bout the human/physical factors. A performance measurement unit by machine and equipment(14) precisely measures number of treated parts and speed of processing parts according to each equipment.
