The invention relates to a paper machine doctor assembly comprising a doctor blade (1) and a blade holder (2) holding the same and a support member (3) mounted on the paper machine frame. The essential feature of the invention is that between the blade holder (2) and the member (3) is provided a separate pivot mount (4) adapted onto the member (3) so that it can be dismantled by pulling it outwardly.
