PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-cooled cooling device for a vehicular internal combustion engine, capable of securing the cooling performance for an internal combustion engine with a running wind applicable in case the engine 3 is mounted in the engine room 2 in the front and air-cooled heat exchangers 8 and 9 furnished at the back face with a ventilation fan 10 and a fan shroud 11 are installed in such an arrangement that part of them in the crosswise direction overlaps on the engine on a plan view. SOLUTION: A guide member 13 to lead the running wind from ahead of a vehicle to the back face 11a of the fan shroud is installed in that part of the fan shroud 11 which overlaps with the engine, while a reinforcing rib 14 for the fan shroud is installed on the back face of the fan shroud, whereby the direction of the running wind led by the guide member to the back face of the fan shroud is turned by the rib to the direction heading to the engine.
