This invention relates to a system for managing data relating to patient usage of a medicament delivery device. The medicament delivery device includes: a supply of medicament, a medicament dispensing means, a data gathering means for gathering data relating to patient usage of the medicament delivery device, a data storage means for storing the data, and communication means for transmitting the data, either directly or indirectly, to at least one web service. The at least one web service is preferably able to share the data with at least one computer program. The at least one web service may also be adapted to receive information or data from the at least one computer program, which may be queued, stored or transmitted to the medicament delivery device.
