A method of allocating prefixes, a network system and local mobile anchor points are disclosed, in which the method includes: receiving a second interface registering request of a mobile node MN transmitted by a mobile access gateway (S301); obtaining a home network prefix which has been allocated to a first interface of the MN, according to the registering request (S302); allocating the home network prefix with which the first interface shares to the second interface (S303).
