摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting device to be used for a vehicle including a torque converter, and capable of reducing costs by quickly and sufficiently supply oil to a clutch means when starting an engine after an idling stop to eliminate an electric oil pump.

SOLUTION: This power transmitting device includes an adjusting means 23 for supplying oil to a clutch means 3 with priority by limiting or inhibiting the oil supply amount to a torque converter 1 by an oil pump 31 when an engine control means 22 starts an engine E after an idling stop.
