<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor allowing the position of an exhaust port exhausting air by an exhaust fan to be easily changed. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor 1 includes: exhaust ports 15 provided on a plurality of surfaces of a casing 10 of a body part 2; an exhaust fan 23 provided on a substrate 21 of a control block 3; an I/O front board 16 provided within a casing 10 and having a plurality of connectors; an I/O relay board 25 provided on the substrate 21 and having a relay connector 27.
