PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate low-noise bias in a small area. SOLUTION: A bias generation circuit includes a bias generating part for generating an original bias voltage, a comparing part for comparing the original bias voltage with a comparison voltage so as to output a comparison result, a resistance dividing part constituted of a resistance circuit including a variable resistance part so as to generate the comparison voltage, a bias determination control part for obtaining bias determination data to control the resistance value of the variable resistance part so as to allow the comparison voltage to be close to the original bias voltage based on the comparison result of the comparing part, and a storage part for holding the bias determination data, controlling the resistance value of the variable resistance part, and then outputting the comparison voltage as a bias voltage.
