PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an obstacle occurrence probability calculation system, an obstacle occurrence probability calculation method and an obstacle occurrence probability calculation program, for calculating the probability of the occurrence of an obstacle due to the operation of a user among the obstacles of a computer system. SOLUTION: An obstacle time operation featured value calculation means 16 classifies an execution command history when the obstacle of a computer system occurs into a plurality of categories, and calculates an obstacle time operation featured value based on the calculation result, and stores it in an obstacle time data storage part 17. An operation featured value calculation means 20 calculates an evaluation target operation featured value in the same way as the obstacle time operation featured value calculation means 16 from the execution command history of the evaluation target computer system, and a number of obstacle calculation means 21 calculates the number of obstacle time operation featured values which are equal or approximate to the evaluation target operation featured value by retrieving information stored in the failure time data storage part 17, and an obstacle occurrence probability calculation means 25 calculates the obstacle occurrence probability of the evaluation target computer system based on the calculated number.
