PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device of a vehicle which lengthens the replacement cycle of a fuel filter, can secure the supply amount of fuel, and is manufacturable at low cost. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle on which an engine operable with any of multiple types of fuels is mounted, the engine (12) is supported on a vehicle body frame (11), an intake device (46) and a fuel injection device (94) are attached to the rear of the cylinder head part (44) of a cylinder part (43) which extends upward of the engine. A main fuel tank (33) is mounted above the engine (12). A fuel storage part (143) is disposed under the main fuel tank (33) and behind the cylinder part (43) when viewed from side.
