<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing loam brick using natural soil is provided to have properties of soil without toxicity, to improve flexural strength and flexural toughness of the loam brick by mixing natural earthy and sand with a solidifying agent and a lignin-based admixture, and to economically manufactured the loam brick. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing loam brick using natural soil comprises the following steps: manufacturing 10-20 weight% of a solidifying agent which is comprised of 25-45 weight% of a clinker, 10-30 weight% of zeolite, 10-40 weight% of blast furnace slag powder, and 10-30 weight% of anhydrous gypsum; putting 1,500 kg of soil into a circular mixer, pulverizing the soil with 250 kg of the solidifying agent, inputting 140L of water and 1.4L of a lignin-based admixture, and mixing the materials; compressing the mixture into a brick; and curing the molded loam brick at 80°C for 24 hours.</p> |
