<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variations in the light emitting characteristic compared with the case in which an opening member is not present. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus has a substrate 60, a single organic EL light emitting part 62 for emitting light by organic EL (electro-luminescence), the opening member 68 which can be scanned and has an opening part 68A through which the light emitted from the organic EL light emitting part 62 passes, and an image formation part 69 for forming the image of the emitted light, which has passed through the opening part 68A of the opening member 68, at a predetermined position.
