摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection system, capable of collecting measurement data of each detector measured at an identical time point, with accuracy of a predetermined time period, for example, 10 nanoseconds or smaller. SOLUTION: The data collection system includes a group of detectors, respectively disposed in the vicinity of an electronic apparatus and a plurality of measurement points in the periphery thereof, for measuring physical quantity changes, including voltages, currents and electromagnetic waves at the points concerned, at a high-speed period of the order of a few nanoseconds to 10 nanoseconds, and for retaining data for certain time duration. The data collection system collects the data collected by each detector, via radio. On detecting that a measurement signal exceeds a set threshold, or a waveform matches a certain pattern, a detector outputs the detection to another detector in the form of a trigger output by an optical signal, through an optical fiber, so as to transmit it to the detected data collection device. The other detector, on receiving the trigger optical signal, transmits data of past time, which is obtained by subtracting time required for the trigger transmission from the trigger signal reception time, to the data collection device.
