<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press brake capable of controlling deformation of a workpiece at an edge of a table in order to obtain substantially equal bend over the entire length of the bent workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The press brake has upper and lower tables 14, 12, one of which has two slots, and has at least one pair of wedges 29 or 29', each wedge being disposed in a respective one of the two slots 24, 26, and adjustment means 50, 60, 61, 62, 63 that are common to the wedges of the pair of wedges and that are suitable for moving the wedges of the pair of wedges in their respective slots. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
