PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery and a nonaqueous electrolyte battery module, miniaturizable, with high vibration resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes a battery element, a flexible external facing material for storing the battery element, and an electrode lead terminal extracted outside from the external facing material, and is characterized in that the outer periphery of the external facing material is formed in a rectangular shape, and among the outer peripheral sides of the external facing material, three sides except for valley-folded one side form a sealing portion by being joined with a predetermined width, and the electrode lead terminal is extracted from the sealing portion opposed to the valley-folded one side, and a sealing portion except for the sealing portion of extracting the electrode lead terminal, is wound on and fixed to a support member.
