<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution apparatus and an information distribution system for confirming the content viewing by a user, by performing playback processing by the user from stop at a pause point set in contents. <P>SOLUTION: Although a content distributing server 200 distributes a motion picture to a personal computer 300, the motion picture is paused by processing of the content distribution server 200.
