MULTILAYER ENDLESS BELT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer endless belt having a releasing layer which is excellent in adhesiveness with an elastic layer and is also excellent in releasing property, and to provide a method of manufacturing the multilayer endless belt. SOLUTION: The multilayer endless belt 1 is made by laminating the elastic layer 3 made of imide-modified elastomer and the releasing layer made of polyimide resin layer 4 in the order on a base material layer 2 made of polyimide resin. The method of manufacturing the multilayer endless belt includes: a step of forming the base material layer made of polyimide resin on the inner surface of a cylindrical mold by a centrifuging molding; a step of forming the elastic layer made of imide-modified elastomer by the centrifuging molding on the base material layer; and a step of further forming a releasing layer made of polyimide resin by the centrifuging molding on the elastic layer.
