<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of reducing initial residual potential more in the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a surface protective layer being the uppermost surface layer and containing filler to form image at high speed, reducing initial residual potential furthermore, preventing image from being deteriorated due to image blurring and residual potential from rising, and forming high quality image stably even after repetitive use for a long time and to provide an image forming device using this electrophotographic photoreceptor and a process cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: This electrophotographic photoreceptor is constituted by at least two layers including a layer constituted in such a way that it has a support body and at least an under coated layer, a photosensitive layer, and the surface protective layer on the support body, the surface protective layer contains a filler, an electric charge transport substance, and the predetermined compound, the photosensitive layer contains at least the electric charge transport substance, the electric charge transport substance in the photosensitive layer has oxidation potential being smaller than that of the electric charge transport substance in the surface protective layer, and the under coated layer contains inorganic particulates and a layer containing no inorganic particulates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
